- Monthly Social Media Spotlight – Your products featured in our vendor showcase post on IG & FB.
- In-Store Promotion – Placement in a featured section for one week per month.
- Social Media Boosting – Inclusion in targeted paid ads for increased reach and engagement.
What is needed to register as a vendor?
If you’re registering as a vendor, you’ll typically need to provide the following details:
- Business or Personal Name – You can register as an individual or a business entity, depending on the platform’s requirements. If registering as a business, you may need legal business documents.
- Contact Number – A valid phone number for communication and verification purposes.
- Email Address – A working email for account setup, notifications, and customer inquiries.
- Bank Details – Your bank account information to receive sales payouts.
- Product Description – A clear description of the products or services you plan to sell, including categories, pricing, and any relevant details.
How will I be charged for rental?
Rental fees are charged monthly with two options:
- Contra – Sales are deducted for rent.
- Non-Contra – Pay full rent, receive full sales separately.
How much does it cost to rent a cube?
Pricing varies by cube size and location. Visit our pricing page for detailed information.
How do I receive my sales earnings?
At the end of your rental period, you will receive:
- A sales report invoice.
- Payout via cash or online bank transfer based on your registration details.
Can I display any type of merchandise?
Most items are allowed. However, some restrictions apply for safety and compliance. Check with our team before reserving your cube.
What is the procedure for selling food items and/or cosmetic products?
To sell food items and/or cosmetic products, you must follow these guidelines:
- Food items: Must comply with food safety standards, including proper handling and storage.
- Labeling: All products must have clear labels with visible ingredients and expiry dates.
- Cosmetic products: Must be approved by the Ministry of Health (MOH) before being sold.
Can I change my cube location after renting?
Cube locations are assigned based on availability. If you wish to move to a different cube, please contact our team for assistance.
What happens if I do not renew my rental?
If you do not renew your rental, your items must be removed by the last day of your rental period. Unclaimed items may be subject to storage fees or removal.
Can I terminate my rental early?
Yes, but rental fees are non-refundable. If you need to vacate early, please inform our team in advance.
