What exactly does Dalkom Buddy do?
We’re a shopping-and-shipping service that helps you buy anything from China’s big e-commerce sites (Taobao, Tmall, 1688, etc.) and others, and bring it straight to Brunei like our motto “from your wishlist to your doorstep.”
How do I place an order?
Send us the product link or screenshot via DM/WhatsApp → we quote you one all-in price → you pay → we purchase → you chill till arrival.
What’s the difference between pre-order and in-stock?
Pre-order (PO): Items we don’t currently hold; we buy them in bulk after each PO closing date.
In-stock: Ready-to-ship items you can grab immediately on Maribali or at Dalkom Cube.
When do PO batches close?
We announce closing dates on our IG feed/stories. Miss a cut-off? Your order rolls into the next batch automatically.
How long will my PO take to arrive?
Typical ETA is 4-5 weeks after the PO closes for China-to-Brunei sea freight. (Air freight specials are announced separately.)
Do you ship fragile, bulky, or restricted items?
Yes to fragile, we add extra bubble wrap). Yes to bulky but higher freight. No to restricted, we follow Brunei customs rules (no cosmetics without permits, no batteries, weapons, etc.).
